WHO AM I?

There are a few things you should know about me first, just in case you’re not sure if I’m the “real deal”. I sometimes run on a treadmill. I walk, too. I don’t run everyday. And pizza is my love language. Still think I’m a real runner? Awesome. In reality, I’m just like you.

Over the last 13 years, I have poured thousands of miles and hundreds of hours of research into comprehensively understanding all it takes for you to run strong, safe, and supported. I’ve built my own personal online runner’s club, a community of tens of thousands of runners who all share one thing in common: a seemingly insatiable craving for cereal. (Oh, and they like to run, too.)

In the Virtual Run Club, I’m bringing it all to you, so it can change you the same way it has changed me.

This community is different: I’m committed to helping you without massive and unrealistic expectations, but by helping you succeed through dedication, support, education, and accountability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this a recurring payment or one time?

Virtual Run Club is a recurring payment either monthly or yearly depending on your sign up. You may purchase individual courses for a one time fee, but will not have access to coaches.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! You can login to your account at anytime to cancel your membership.

How often do I have to be running to be in the Virtual Run Club?

Whether you’re running regularly, or trying to find consistency in your plan, this community is perfect for both. We have brand new runners, coming back after a break runners, walkers and Boston Qualifiers!

What if I just started running, or I’m just thinking about running?

This is perfect for you! We’re here to help you get started with support and education. You’ll find you’re more alike than you think.

What equipment do I need in order to participate?

Your feet and a pair of shoes. Even our strength workouts include bodyweight only options.

Are there guys in the group?

Yes indeed! While we do have more females than males, we’re continually getting more gentleman to join us because the tactics of training really aren’t gender specific!

Do I need a FB account?

You can access the course without one, but all the discussions and talks with coaches do happen on our Private Facebook Group.

We definitely have members who have a FB account just to join us there, so you don’t have to make it a public account. I have tested other group chats in the past and this one just works most universally.
